Currently, most of our orders qualify for free delivery in numerous countries and regions. We regret any inconvenience if your area is not yet covered by our free shipping service. Item Locations

Our items are shipped from warehouses located in United Kingdom, the United States, and the Chin. In instances where goods are unavailable in the local warehouse, we will dispatch them from alternative facilities.

Lead Time

Typically, orders are delivered within 3-6 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that customized products may entail a few additional days. Should you require expedited delivery, feel free to contact us for a quotation. Expedited orders generally arrive within 8-16 days.

Incorrect Address or Address Change

It's essential to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrectly provided addresses. Additionally, we cannot guarantee successful address modifications. If an address change is necessary, a fee charged by the postal parcel or EMS may apply, including any additional redelivery costs if the new address differs significantly from the incorrect one.

Should you request our assistance in modifying the address with the postal parcel or EMS, any additional charges incurred will be invoiced to you at the time of the change. Alternatively, if you make the change independently and are billed separately by the postal service, we will invoice you accordingly. While we bear the initial cost, we ultimately transfer the full amount to the postal service on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot assume costs for mistakes beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages

Postal parcel or EMS will assess the security of an area to determine whether a package can be left without a signature. If a signature is required and cannot be obtained, further delivery instructions may be provided. In case of lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, we offer re-shipment services, subject to a shipping fee based on package size and weight.

If a package is damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost.

If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the postal service promptly to request a trace. Replacement or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Failure to Receive Delivery

Supplementary Statement

In cases where address or delivery issues arise, the recipient's cooperation may be required to liaise with the courier for resolution, which may include picking up the parcel from the courier's office. While we endeavor to assist, recipient involvement expedites issue resolution, particularly due to time zone differences and language barriers.
