Step 1: You share key dimension information

Our custom process starts with your real‑world site data.

To begin, you send over critical measurements: ceiling height, space width, preferred hanging drop length, maximum fixture diameter, and any installation constraints from your site. Reference photos of your room or inspirational lighting images are also very helpful for our design team.

These numbers are not just for quoting prices. They become the foundation for all later drawings and production. Even a small difference in drop length or width can change how the fixture fits inside stairwells, lobbies, dining rooms or double‑height villas. Without accurate measurements, the final lamp may not fit your space properly.

Step 2: Create production documentation and CAD drawings

Once we receive your measurements and requirements, our engineering team will translate your request into formal production documentation and detailed CAD drawings.

CAD drawings show fixture outline, exact dimensions, canopy layout, suspension cable positions, structural notes and electrical layout. This is not just a pretty render for reference. It acts as the official blueprint for our workshop. Every part will be manufactured following these drawing specifications.

Changes are far easier to make on digital drawings than after physical production has started. We only move to the next stage once you give your approval.

Step3: Confirm color swatches and material reference images

Step5: Pre‑shipment inspection photos for your final check

Before we arrange packing and shipping, we take detailed real‑world inspection photos of the fully‑assembled finished lamp.

These inspection photos show overall silhouette, material finish, light‑on effect, canopy details and component close‑ups. This gives you one final chance to visually verify the finished custom chandelier or pendant lamp matches your CAD drawing and material references.
