In 2025, if I don't buy this Bramley Swing Arm Wall Lamp, which one should I buy?

I heard Hiooz is running a column featuring customer lighting experience stories, and I happened to receive an email inviting me to participate, so I decided to write about it.

I didn't have any other ideas, I just wanted to share my experience.

I've lived in Oakland, California, for over 10 years. My room is filled with that sparkling crystal chandelier. Honestly, if I had seen that crystal chandelier 10 years ago, I would have been delighted and proud of my unique taste. But people change, don't they? At some point, I started to tire of it. It was too bright. Yes, it might be because I'm getting older; at night, I just don't like bright, flashy lights.

So, I wanted to replace the lights, but not the main one. I wanted to buy another one that suited me. I searched on Google and happened to see this Bramley Swing Arm Wall Lamp from Hiooz. I clicked on it, and it seemed okay, so I decided to buy it from them.

About a month later, the lamp finally arrived. Installation was simple: drilling two holes and connecting the wires—no problem for me.

On the first night, I tried turning on my new wall lamp instead of the crystal chandelier. The warm yellow glow instantly felt different. "Yes, this is the lamp I've been looking for," was my first thought upon turning it on.

For a while after that, this bamboo wall lamp became my reading companion after get off work. And most importantly, it has an adjustable arm! This undoubtedly made me love it even more.

It's been over a year since I bought this lamp, and I still love it.

Well, that's all I have to share. I hope anyone who reads about my experience will give this lamp a try.
