If you have any special requests (e.g., white pendant wires or suction cups), please mention them in the order notes or reach out to our customer support team. We’ll provide personalized service. If you need a non-standard customized product, we’ll send you design drafts for your approval before production. Please note that custom production may take longer.

4. Checkout and Payment
